S. Dane Shelton – his friends call him“SD” – has been involved in the financial services sector since the mid-1990s when he consulted with a local bank on their kiosk banking projects that served as a precursor for their internet banking project. From there, SD built and ran a team of 40 highly skilled consultants across the US, Canada and Europe, developing Internet banking technologies and solutions. When all was said and done, SD implemented more than 40 internet banks, bill-pay systems and aggregation services. His client list includes dozens of Fortune 50 companies such as IBM, Visa, Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sanwa, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, and more. In addition, SD has taught investment strategies for firebrands, including Tony Robbins, Robert Kyosaki, Kevin O’Leary, Barbara Corcoran, Richard Branson, and even helped develop a program to help Jordan Belfort, better known as “the wolf of wall street” repay the victims of his past offenses. He has taught in all 50 states in the US, all 10 providences in Canada, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, Trinidad, Tobago, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Caribbean, and others.He has taught groups as large as 25,000 in event centers and as small as a half-dozen in more intimate settings. He has been invited to participate in numerous investor panels taking questions from prospective investors and enjoys interaction with anyone who shares his enthusiasm for collaboration and learning.SD has provided consulting, strategy, technology, and training services for the financial services industry for the past 28 years.
