Scott C.

Scott acquired a passion for stocks at an early age and, in college, began reading every investing book he could get his hands on and learned the importance of following a rules-based system with proper risk management. He purchased his first house before he’d graduated college and enjoyed rent-free living throughout much of his college career as a landlord with roommates growing his real estate investments to over 15 million at one point. He spent over 12 years working for TD Ameritrade as an investment educator and coach. In 2018 he created an investment education course for Investopedia as a subject matter expert. Determined to enjoy the spoils of his investment. He has been traveling and enjoying an early semi-retirement over the last few years. As he’s traveled, he has run into so many people who need guidance with investing and want to learn, and he’s excited to get back into educating. His motto is: “The best thing we can do is help each other out and create as much positivity as we can while we can.”
